Fluorescence Removal

Fluorescence in paver restoration refers to the unwanted discoloration or staining caused by the presence of certain minerals or materials. This can manifest as a white, chalky residue on the surface of the pavers and usually occurs when pavers have aged in the hot Florida sun with being properly sealed.  We use an efflorescence cleaner specifically designed to dissolve and remove mineral deposits.

Repairing Sunken Pavers

Sunken areas aren't merely cosmetic concerns; they can signal deeper structural issues. Ignoring these sunken pavers may lead to further settling, erosion, and potential damage to adjacent pavers. By repairing sunken areas during the restoration process, we proactively address these issues, preventing their escalation and preserving the structural integrity of the entire paved surface.
